Which labware is compatible with Fill-It?
Fill-It is compatible with screw-cap
tubes from all the major manufacturers,

5.
Is the RSI risk addressed of processing
screw-capped cryovials addressed?
Yes. Fill-It supports H&S policy
in the lab by addressing the risk of RSI
from manual capping and decapping of large
amounts of cryovials.

6.
Does Fill-It reduce QC costs?
Yes. Fill-It enables increased
batch sizes of cryovials to be processed,
so reducing the associated QC costs for
each run.

7.
Have validation studies been carried out
on Fill-It?
Yes. Many customers are using
Fill-It in GMP environments and have carried
out extensive validation studies on the
system. The studies show Fill-It is the
most efficient way to decap, dispense
cells and recap a large batch of screw-cap
cryovials, whilst still maintaining aseptic
conditions.

8.
Is the dispensing tube set sterile and
is there a certificate of conformity?
Yes. The dispensing tube/nozzle
sets supplied have been certified by the
manufacturer as having passed USP Class
VI testing of product contact surfaces,
and to be animal derived product and pyrogen-free.

9.
Are the collection vessels designed for
standard GMP cleaning regimes?
Yes. The drip tray and priming
vessel have been specifically designed
using 316 stainless steel so they can
be cleaned using standard GMP cleaning
regimes.

10.
How are the process set-up menus protected
from changes?
A mechanical supervisor key interlock
manages parameters on the system (such
as speed and volume of dispense). These
set-up menus can be disabled so that operators
can only perform the specified process
(eg prime, dispense and recap).

Is IQ/OQ documentation supplied?
Yes. Fill It is supplied with the
associated IQ/OQ documentation, as well
as protocols for cleaning and decontamination.

Yes, a standard warranty is included
in the purchase price. A standard support
