instrumentation can be installed by TAP’s
fully trained staff, either integrated into
a TAP automated system or as a standalone
unit. This can be undertaken onsite at the
customer’s facility, or at our US
or UK based service workshops, as required. |
| Preventative
Maintenance |
| TAP
provides cost effective preventative maintenance
visits for a range of laboratory instruments.
These include robotics integrated into TAP
systems (eg Staubli
robotic arms) as well as standalone
instruments such as Cedex
cell counters. |
| Preventative
Maintenance visits can be scheduled alongside
other planned service visits for minimum
downtime and disruption. |
| Onsite
Repair Service |
| TAP
offers an on-site repair service, available
as part of a support contract or on a T&M
(time and materials) basis. |

| Custom
Support |
|
Service contracts may also be customised
to meet specific operational requirements,
such as calibration and certification services. |
| TAP
can provide system operators and engineers
based permanently at the customer’s
site, fully trained to run a range of automated
systems and provide front-line maintenance.
